Supported by telephone a daughter who was on vacation and her mother had an unfortunate accident and was in a hospital in another state.  The daughter wanted her mother to have transportation back to Columbus.

Patient became aggressive in memory care assisted living and the family contacted personal health care concierge for guidance and next steps. The patient was sent out for med adjustments at a behavioral health hospital. The patient then returned to memory care assisted living.
